Three Tuns at Great Bedwyn
Three Tuns at Great Bedwyn, 1 High Street, Great Bedwyn, Marlborough, SN8 3NU have now been awarded the prestigious Good Food Award for Gastro Pubs 2020. Over the last twelve months we have evaluated customer feedback and this Gastro Pub has demonstrated exceptional levels of food quality, service and value when compared to our industry benchmarks in their category.
In recognition of this achievement they have been duly awarded the 2020 Good Food Award for Gastro Pubs.
We are a freehold village pub situated at the edge of the Savernake Forest, midway between Marlborough and Hungerford on the Wiltshire/Berkshire border. The Kennet & Avon Canal runs through the lower end of the village and we have a mainline train station with direct service to Reading, Newbury and Paddington. There is a lovely, dog-friendly beer garden with a boules pitch plus roaring fires throughout the pub in the winter.
We serve perfectly conditioned ales from around the Southwest on our hand pumps, alongside a carefully selected wine list and a growing selection of small batch gins and other spirits in our lively village bar.
The food is prepared by Chef Proprietor James Wilsey, who strives to serve honest, beautifully cooked, full flavour dishes.
Here at the Good Food Awards we like to hear your experiences and preferences so please do click on the reviews tab above and recommend your favourite dishes.
